MESSAGE

This is to inform you that severe snowfall is expected for eastern Austria
including the area of Vienna and Lower Austria, starting tomorrow, 8
January.
For the Vienna area, approximately 25 cm of snow is expected on Friday, 8
January. The intense snowfall is expected to continue throughout the
weekend and could accumulate to a height of 50-80 cm.

The Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics has issued a
weather-warning for the Vienna area.
